COMBATING MALARIA & SCHISTOSOMIASIS PROJECT

In partnership with the National AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria Control

Programme, and the Emergency Response Fund - General Directorate

for Combating disease and epidemiological surveillance. The Medical

Mercy Foundation has achieved continuous successes and qualitative

partnerships, as it conducted medical campaigns that toured through

it remote villages and isolation in the governorates of (Sana›a - Rima -

Dhamar - Al-Jawf - Ibb - Taiz)

Contributed to treating patients with malaria and schistosomiasis, as

well as raising health awareness in the local community to prevent these

diseases, and activities to eliminate the source of infection by spraying

ponds and swamps.
