In addition to our previous achievements, the little girl "Janat Mustafa" from Hamedan district, Sana'a governorate, is added to our success stories today. Jannat was presented to a health facility in Hamedan district while she was in a miserable condition, as her weight did not exceed five kilograms.
Jannat kept taking therapeutic nutrition envelopes by following up on the health workers in the nutrition department supported by MMF and with the interest of her mother for a whole month, and this month was enough to change her healthy life, as she now weighs seven kilograms and her health condition has improved for the better.
Jannat's mother expressed her thanks and gratitude to MMF, the World Food Program and the health workers at the center as a result of this achievement. Abrarat of joy was suffocating her with the recovery of her daughter, and she spoke of her gratitude by saying, "I can't believe now that Janat's condition is safe, thank God for this joy, and I am very grateful to you.
Many children in Yemen are at risk of acute and moderate malnutrition. Compassion is working in partnership with the World Food Program to reach the most vulnerable children in the targeted areas.
